Should I update my DNS' SPF and DKIM records to pass DMARC?

We want to make sure our emails get delivered and don't get bounced back due to SPF or DKIM issues.

What happens if you can't deliver my email?

By forwarding my emails through eEvidence, you will be delivering my emails to the intended recipient, not my server. In case you cannot deliver it, how will I know you didn't?

What is the Daily Report about and all those codes on it?

I wanted to download a delivery receipt from the user private area, but I ended downloading a PDF file named Daily Report containing a hundred pages with thousands of meaningless codes. Please explain what this Daily Report is.
