Do I have to always use the wildcard to register my emails?

We plan to register thousands of emails on a daily basis, addressed to our customer database. Do we have to update the database, appending the '.eevid.com' wildcard to each address? Do you guys offer any alternatives?

Do you build to order?

We plan to build and market a cloud-based solution for sending digitally signed invoices by email. Would you accept the job of developing the platform for us?

Do you keep copy of my emails and evidences?

When I send an email through eEvidence, I receive back an email from you containing its evidence. Is it my responsibility to keep the evidence or do you keep also a copy?

Do you keep my account's password?

I'm very concerned about the privacy of my email records? Can anyone steal my account's password from you?

Do you offer a test environment?

Is there any way to test the service before registering for a premium license? We would like to make sure everything performs as expected before committing.

Do you register the contents of the email?

What do you mean by 'registered email'? Do you simply register the transmission of an email, as any email provider's already does, or do you really provide strong evidence of the exact contents of the email?

Does eEvidence have legal support?

My biggest concern, when using your service to certify my emails, is to ensure that the service and the evidence you build are both recognized by third parties. Is eEvidence backed by regulatory frameworks?

Does the email evidence receipt include a full copy of the original email?

The email receipt contains a hash from the original email, but does the receipt include a full copy of that email?
