Why doesn't eEvidence include accreditation of email opening?

At eEvidence, we focus on providing a registered delivery service, ensuring that the content of the email has been sent and delivered to the recipient's mail server. However, accrediting the opening of the email presents challenges due to technological and privacy limitations. Although we have a tracking pixel feature to indicate if an email has been opened, this feature does not offer an absolute guarantee, and its reliability is limited.

Why do we discourage services based on delivery via link?

Unlike the registered delivery we offer at eEvidence, some services based on delivery via link provide a link to the content instead of directly delivering the email content. This poses problems in accrediting the actual delivery of the content, since the delivery of the content can only be registered when the recipient accesses it through the link. If they don't, you have nothing.

In summary, at eEvidence, we prioritize the registered delivery of email content, providing greater security and reliability compared to services based on delivery via link.
