Can I access other user's records?

I'm inviting some co-workers to join the premium license I manage. Being a corporate license, I would like to be granted access to review other's emails and evidences. Is this possible?

As the license administrator you can, but you need to ask them first.

When inviting others to join your group, we offer you the possibility to ask them permission to access their eEvid records. It's up to them to accept or deny your request, as well as to reverse their decision at any time from their private area.
