Do you keep copy of my emails and evidences?

When I send an email through eEvidence, I receive back an email from you containing its evidence. Is it my responsibility to keep the evidence or do you keep also a copy?

We do. All premium plans include unlimited and perpetual backup of your emails, files and evidences, leaving it up to you to turn it on and off at your will. This backup feature, however, is not available for free accounts.

Please notice that the eEvid.Cert PDF file contains, as an attachment, a full copy of the original email together with the necessary information to prove its contents and eventual delivery. Accordingly, as long as you keep the PDF evidence, you may find it convenient to leave a copy in our systems, but in terms of granting your evidences it is not necessary.
