I would like to download the evidence files from my free account, but the only available file is the Daily Report. Why aren't my evidences available for downloading?
We are sorry, but the backup feature is only available to users that belong to premium accounts.
Free accounts receive the evidence via email, as soon as the process is completed. Make sure you keep the files in a safe place. Otherwise, if you ever need to, you may not be able to prove the contents and delivery of your emails.
